50hr Meditation & Mindfulness Training

Step into a deeply supportive and transformational meditation training designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students ready to deepen their practice — and share meditation safely, skillfully, and with heart.

Over this 50-hour training, you will be guided by Miriam to establish a sustainable daily meditation practice while exploring a wide range of techniques drawn from Yogic and Buddhist traditions, mindfulness practices, and modern neuroscience. You will gain both lived experience and practical teaching tools to bring meditation into real life — for yourself and others.

What You Will Learn…

  • The foundations, philosophy, and science of meditation

  • Mindfulness, Buddhist, mantra, and guided meditation techniques

  • The stages of meditation, self-compassion, and awareness

  • Language and structure for guiding effective meditations

  • Have a confident daily meditation practice

  • Comfortably guide 15–30 minute beginner meditations

Course format:
Two weekends, one month apart, plus online meditation practice, journalling, pre-course study, and weekly mentoring support.

Accreditation:
Registered with Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance (YACEP) — 42 CE points.
