Brianna Law

When teaching yoga, her classes intend to inspire and stir. Through the technologies of Hatha and Tantric practices, there is a weaving of philosophy, movement, breath, contemplation and meditation - guiding students into a realm of inner-knowing and embarking on a journey of self-discovery.

Brianna also draws from her background in dance, pilates and barre to experiment with individual anatomies, encouraging safe and efficient movement to ensure a sustainable lifelong practice.

She is inspired and kept curious by her teachers in India and mentors Tara Judelle, Dr. Scott Lyons, Samantha Belyea, Maryanne Edwards.
