Joanna started yoga like so many, simply wanting to stretch tired muscles from other physical activities. Little did she know just how expansive yoga could be beyond the physical. Joanna can still remember the first time she felt the connection with breath and movement as she flowed through a vinyasa, finally bringing stillness to an often busy mind. Since that day, Joana has found herself on the mat and dedicated to her practice ever since, translating learnings from the mat to guide her in life, and finding contentment in the flow.

Since completing her teacher training with Inna Bliss in 2022, Joanna aims to bring that same connection to breath and movement that resonated with her so many years ago. To create a welcoming space for students of all levels to tap into their inner wisdom, to help them find stillness and the space to nourish their mind, spirit and body.
